OUR STAFF

Follow the Child

Rising Star Montessori:

“‘Follow the child’ does not mean let the child do what he wants. It is simply an acknowledgment that the child has his or her own pattern – that we need to take into account where the child is at, rather than impose our idea of what the child should learn now.”

When reaching out to staff and administration, please allow one business day for response. to reach a staff member by phone, call the front office and ask for their availability or if you may be transfered.

For help resolving classroom issues or concerns, please first contact the staff memeber directly involved. This is conflict resolution Level 1.

If this does not resolve the issue, please reachout to an administrator such as Ms. Chimene, by forwarding your email communication chain from the directly involved staff member to their email. This is conflict resolution Level 2.

If the problem needs further review after meeting with the direct staff involved and one of the administrators, parents, staff, and students may reach out to the Superintendent. Ms. Cerise. This is conflict resolution Level 3.
