Substitute Teachers or Substitute Office Staff
All schools need a pool of substitutes to call when staff are out. Substitutes in the classroom are responsible for the safety and work flow of the classroom. Classroom or child work experience is always welcome. At our school, we treat children with respect and foster independence by working with themout doing everything for them. A classroom substitute may work with any grade 1st-8th in our multi level classrooms. Lower elementary consists of 1st, 2nd, 3rd. Upper elementary consists of 4th, 5th, 6th. Our adolescent community is comprised of 7th and 8th grade. Office substitutes must have great people skills, phone skills, and work well even when interrupted. They help safeguard the campus by maintaining the entry and exits of non campus staff, keep an eye on children and track breaks in the courtyard, dispense medication as directed on forms, and field questions from prospective and current families. Job SummaryWe’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Campus Secretary to help keep our school running smoothly. This vital team member provides administrative support to staff, families, and students while maintaining accurate records and a welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, proficient in office software, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic school setting.
Primary PurposeEnsure efficient daily operations of the school office and maintain accurate, confidential records for the campus.
Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred

Experience: 1–3 years of secretarial or administrative experience (school setting preferred)

Job description:
Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Art Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for art with the ability to engage diverse students through informative and interactive lessons. As the Art Guide, you will have to opportunity to ignite a love for creativity and expression is students grades 1st-8th.
Duties
-Share knowledge about art history, techniques, and cultural significance of different art styles and project type in conjunction with the learning going on in the main classroom.
-Utilize strong public speaking skills and classroom management to effectively communicate expectations and directs to students.
-Manage time efficiently to ensure that classes run smoothly and there is time to meet with classroom teachers to plan lessons in art that touch on the things being learned in the classroom.
-Establishing a welcoming environment and building relationships with both students and staff to encourage open dialog.
Experience
-Proven experience in teaching and creating art lessons.
-Prior experience with students ranging ages 6 to 15.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas and directions clearly and engagingly.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary- now until December 18th, 2025
Up to $25 per hour based on experiance
