Grades 1st-7th Open Enrollment Information:

Open Lottery for first grade spots:

The days for taking enrollment request forms for the 2024-2025 school year during our annual open enrollment period will be February 26th through March 8th 2024

Enrollment request forms will be dated and numbered by order in which they were received to be placed on the waiting list

Electronic (emailed) forms for the 2024-2025 school year will only be accepted after March 8th.

Still want to know about the process for Open Enrollment? See below.

How it will work for the 2024-2025 Open Enrollment:

The enrollment request forms for the annual open enrollment may be downloaded from the button below; however, forms must be hand delivered to our front office during open enrollment. The date, time, and order by which they were received are noted on each form.

If we receive more forms than available 1st grade spots, a lottery will be held during the next board meeting. All remaining forms will go on to our waiting list by order in which they were received.

Enrollment request forms for 2nd-7th go onto the waiting list by order in which they were received, until open spots are assessed for the next school year.  We give priority to siblings of students already accepted.

2023-2024 Year Enrollment:

Did you miss the Annual Open Enrollment? We are always seeking active families to join the CC-Montessori Community!

Fees and tuition: As a public charter school, there are no fees or tuition costs to attend (normal school hours) or apply. While there is no cost, we do not receive the same amount of funding that large school districts receive and so must make up for that deficit with fundraising.

Families are highly encouraged to help and participate in our fundraising activities as this effort to meet student needs help our community as a whole. Information about fundraising will come to families throughout the year as events approach.

If your child will need before or after care, there is a fee. Information on these programs can be found in the parent information tab.

Call to set up an appointment for a tour if you would like your child to start attending this 2022-2023 school year!

Submit your child's Admissions Application:

We will be accepting admission forms for the waiting list on all 1st-7th-grade levels. We do not take new admissions for 8th grade.

Priority will be given to siblings.

Click on the Admission Form button below to download the 2023-2024 school year. Once you have printed and scanned your filled out form, send to Ms. Ada:

Forms may be dropped off at our location: 822 Ayers St.  You may download, fill out, and scan the form to our registrar directly. Email her using the button below.
